Self-Knowledge
Prem Rawat teaches a simple method to help turn one’s senses from the outside world to an inner experience of peace, an experience unique to each person. He offers guidance and practical tools he calls the “techniques of Self-Knowledge”, or just “Knowledge.” Practising these empowering techniques daily helps people to feel a deepening experience of inner peace and contentment.
PEAK
Prem Rawat’s Peace Education and Knowledge (PEAK) course facilitates this journey of self-discovery. It is a series of online videos, each chapter focusing on a particular topic, which can be followed in one’s own time and at one’s own pace. Learning the Practical Techniques
Once an interested person has completed the series, there is an optional additional chapter, where they can learn a set of practical techniques, for experiencing Self-Knowledge and can begin to connect with their own hearts. This special session, often termed a ‘Knowledge session’, is presented at an in-person event. These Knowledge sessions are held regularly throughout the UK.
There is no charge to participate in PEAK or the Knowledge session, but it is necessary to complete PEAK before a request is made to attend a Knowledge session.
Refresher Sessions
In addition, regular ‘Knowledge’ review events are also made available throughout the country for those who have previously learnt the techniques of Self-Knowledge and want to refresh their understanding.
